Terms of Service

The Team Hub is for families involved with Chelsea Wrestling Club, and for the club's coaches and admins. Use it to register, read the schedule, answer attendance and manage your family's details.

One account per adult. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If another guardian needs access to your household, invite them from the Team Hub rather than sharing a login.

Please keep your family's details up to date — particularly anything about your wrestler's health that a coach might need in a hurry.

The Team Hub is the club's authoritative schedule. Practices and events can be moved or called off at short notice, and the Team Hub is where that appears first.

If you subscribe to the club calendar, your calendar app decides how often it checks for changes, so it may be behind. When the two disagree, the Team Hub is right.

Submitting a registration does not by itself guarantee a place; the club confirms it. Fees, deadlines and payment arrangements are shown during registration.

Payments are not taken on this site. The club records the payments it has received.

Telling us whether your wrestler is coming, or whether your family is coming to a club event, helps the coaches plan. Your answers are visible to your household and to club staff.

Subscribing a calendar is optional. Calendar apps such as Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook are run by other companies under their own terms. We cannot control how often they check for updates or how they display what we send them.

Your calendar link is private to your household. Treat it like a password, and reset it in the Team Hub if you need to.

Chelsea Wrestling Club is run by volunteers. The Team Hub may be unavailable from time to time, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of faults. We will do our best to put problems right quickly.

Please do not try to reach information that is not your family's, do not attempt to disrupt or overload the site, and do not use anything you find here to contact other families about anything other than club business.

The Chelsea Wrestling Club name, logo and the material on this site belong to the club. Information about your own family is yours.

We may change the Team Hub and these terms. We will update the date at the top, and for anything significant we will tell families directly.
